How your EasyWeb site gets built, step by step

EasyWeb is not a builder you have to figure out on your own. You tell us about your business, we design your website free, and you only pay once you have approved the design.

Here is the whole sequence, including the parts where you have to do something.

1. You request your free design

The request form asks what you do, who you sell to, what you want visitors to do when they arrive, and whether you have existing branding.

Send us anything you already have — a logo, photos, an old website, even a business card. It all helps. If you have none of it, that is fine too; it is a common starting point.

The single most useful thing you can include is two or three websites you like, with a sentence about why. "I like this one because it looks calm and uncluttered" tells us more than a whole page of adjectives.

2. We design it — free

We build a fully customized design preview for your actual business — not a template with your logo dropped into the corner. It costs nothing, and you have not entered a credit card.

You get it as a preview link. Look at it on your phone as well as your laptop; that is where most of your visitors will be.

3. You say what to change

This is the part people are too polite about. Be specific and be blunt. "The header photo is wrong, our shop looks nothing like that" is useful. "Looks great!" when it does not is how a site ends up half-right forever.

4. You approve it, and pay the setup fee

Only once you love the design do you pay the one-time setup fee — it is on the pricing page. We then take your approved design and hardwire it into the AI-driven EasyWeb engine.

5. You send your final text and photos

Your menu, your team photos, your list of services — whatever you want on the site. The 3-day launch window begins the moment you have approved the design, paid the setup fee and sent these.

If you know the writing will be the slow part, tell us at the start.

6. Ready in 3 business days

Your website is ready — tested and ready for customers — within 3 business days after we receive everything we need from you. Your standard domain, hosting, security certificate, business email, Google Business Profile and analytics are all set up as part of the launch, and so is EasyAI, your website's assistant.

7. We show you how to use it

Once your website is delivered, we give you a free personal session: how to update your content, find your way around the admin panel, and ask EasyAI for help.

Afterwards

Everyday changes take a minute in the simple admin panel — or you just tell EasyAI what you need. That is covered in a separate guide. Hosting, security, daily backups and your domain renewal are looked after by your monthly plan, and a real person is always there if you get stuck.
