We're the boring, reliable part
of the internet
Since 2014 we've had one job: keep Canadian small businesses online without making them think about servers. 28,640 websites later, we still answer chat in about 94 seconds.
Our mission
Make being online feel effortless
Most web companies are built for developers and priced for accountants. We built MyEasyBase for the bakery owner, the law firm, the two-person studio — people who need their website and email to just work, in plain English, with a human nearby when they don't.
That means we own our hardware instead of reselling someone else's cloud, we publish renewal prices next to intro prices, and we staff support with engineers instead of scripts. It isn't complicated. It's just uncommon.

Values
What we optimise for
Honest pricing
The renewal price sits next to the intro price, before you buy rather than after. No exit fees, ever.
Humans first
Tickets go to engineers who can actually fix things. Median first response on chat: 94 seconds.
We own the stack
Our hardware, our network, our datacentre. When something breaks we fix it, instead of opening a ticket with a vendor.
Easy to leave
Free transfer codes and full backups on request. We would rather earn the renewal than trap you into it.
Canadian, properly
A Canadian company, not a Canadian badge
Plenty of web companies put a maple leaf on the homepage and run everything from a datacentre in Texas. Ours is in Toronto, we own the hardware in it, and the people answering your ticket are in your timezone.
It also means your customers' data stays under Canadian privacy law — which is a far shorter conversation when someone asks you where you keep it.

Leadership
The people accountable to you
Elena Novak
Co-founder & CEO
Started MyEasyBase after watching her parents' restaurant get burned by a hosting reseller. Still reads every cancellation survey.
Ravi Odedra
Co-founder & CTO
Racked the first three servers himself in 2014. Now runs the platform team and the Toronto facility.
Claire Beaumont
VP of Customer Experience
Built the 90-second support model. Believes a confused customer is a product bug, not a training problem.
Tomás Mendes
Head of EasyWeb
Joined in 2021 to build the simple, SEO-first CMS customers kept asking for. Ships something every Thursday.
