Mar's Kids

These are fifteen of the seventeen children I support... on my own with no assistance.

Their country is an economic disaster. Wages, when there's work, average $20 to $50 a month in a country where the poverty level is $200 a month. Pension, if there is one, is only $7 a month. People are begging in the streets and some are selling their transplantable organs to feed their families.

This was once a relatively rich country. The adult literacy rate is one of the highest in the world at 99%. They are generally well educated but their country has been devastated by war and corruption.

Besides the children needing help, there are adults of various professions without work. You can hire a doctor, nurse or teacher for a live in nanny, caretaker or companion. Or, maybe find a spouse.
